Product Introduction
Chondroitin sulfate (CS) is a class of glycosaminoglycans that are covalently attached to proteins to form proteoglycans. Chondroitin sulfate is widely distributed in the extracellular matrix and cell surface of animal tissues, and the sugar chain is formed by the polymerization of alternating glucuronic acid and N-acetylgalactosamine, which is attached to the serine residue of the core protein by a sugar-like link-linked region.

Product Function
The main way of application in medicine is as a drug for the treatment of joint diseases, which can be used in combination with glucosamine, which has the effect of relieving pain and promoting cartilage regeneration, which can fundamentally improve joint problems. Randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trials have demonstrated that chondroitin sulfate can reduce pain, improve joint function, reduce joint swelling and fluid buildup, and prevent narrowing of the gap in the knee and hand joints. It provides a cushioning effect that soothes impact and friction during movement, draws water into the proteoglycan molecules, thickens the cartilage, and increases the amount of synovial fluid in the joints. One of the important functions of chondroitin is to act as a conduit to transport important oxygen and nutrients to the joints, helping to remove waste products from the joints and remove carbon dioxide and waste products. Since articular cartilage has no blood supply, all oxygenation, nourishment and lubrication come from synovial fluid.
Product Application
Chondroitin sulfate is mainly extracted from the cartilage tissues of pigs, such as laryngeal bones, nasal bones and trachea, and is an acidic mucopolysaccharide component. This drug is widely used in clinical practice, this drug is a hypolipidemic drug, mainly used for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, can effectively prevent coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, coronary atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemic diseases. It is also very effective in the treatment of nerve pain, migraine and osteoarthritis. Chondroitin sulfate is also effective in promoting wound healing.
