Product Function
Sophora horn taste bitter, cold, liver, large intestine meridian. It has the function of clearing heat and expelling fire, cooling blood and hemostasis. It is used for intestinal hot stool blood, hemorrhoid swelling and bleeding, liver heat headache, vertigo and red eyes. Sophoracoside belongs to isoflavone glycosides and has strong physiological activity. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that sophoracosin has a good effect on glutamic-pyrupian-transaminase in chronic hepatitis patients, and can simultaneously inhibit ear edema induced by croton oil and paw edema caused by carrageenan. Clinical studies have also confirmed that sophoracosin can be used to prevent and treat the symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women. Therefore, Sophoracosin has excellent application and development prospects.
Product Application
1. Anti-fertility effect: A small amount of long-term administration of genistein and sophoracosin has a significant anti-fertility effect on female mice without affecting the mating rate and growth.
2. Toxic effect: The extract can reduce the red blood cells of rabbits and guinea pigs, especially the pod effect. The locust tree seed extract can agglutinate the red blood cells of rabbit, pig and human. The seed, pod and pulp all contain anti-A, anti-B and anti-H lectin. Chinese sophora contains plant hemagglutinin drugs, and has the effect of promoting the transformation of lymphocytes.
