Product Introduction
Oleanolic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound extracted from the fruit of Swertia or ligustris of Gentiaceae. It exists in a variety of plants in the form of free bodies and glycosomes. Oleanolic acid is widely found in plants, with a general content of 0.2% to 2% [1]. The content of cucurbitaceae is 1.5% ~ 2%, and the content of Ligustrum fruit is 0.6% ~ 0.7%. Oleanolic acid is a white acicular crystal (ethanol), odorless and tasteless. Unstable to acids and bases. Melting point 308 ~ 310℃, [α]20D+73.3° (c=0.15, chloroform), insoluble in water, soluble in methanol, ethanol, ether, acetone and chloroform。

Product Function
1.Alleviating liver injury: Oleanolic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound, which has obvious protective effect on acute and chronic liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride in rats.
