Product Introduction
Carnosine is a dipeptide (two amino acids) commonly present in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles,
kidneys, and stomach. L-carnosine can activate cells in human body and anti-aging through two mechanisms: inhibiting
saccharification and protecting our cells from free radicals. The consequence of saccharification is that the cross-linking of
sugar molecules and proteins will be uncontrolled (sugar molecules will stick to proteins), cell function loss and incomplete gene combination will accelerate aging. L-Carnosine can also stabilize cell membranes and reduce brain lipid peroxidation, thereby
preventing nerve and brain degeneration.

Product Function
(1)Carnosine is a dipeptide of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine. It is highly concentrated in muscle and brain tissues.
(2) Carnosine has been proven to scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS) as well as alpha-beta unsaturated aldehydes formed from peroxidation of cell membrane fatty acids during oxidative stress.
Product Application
Used as emulsifier, fire extinguishing agent, foaming agent and textile assistant. It is also used as toothpaste, paste, powder and shampoo. In the industry, it is often used in detergent and textile industry.
