Product Introduction
Caffeic acid (English: Caffeic acid) is an organic compound belonging to hydroxyl cassia bark acid, with two functional structures: phenolic hydroxyl and acrylic acid. Because caffeic acid is a key intermediate in lignin, one of the main components of biosynthetic plant biomass and its residues, it is widely found in various plant. It can be dissolved in hot water and ethanol, and slightly dissolved in cold water. Yellow-white crystals appear at room temperature.
Caffeic acid is very low in coffee, at only 0.03 mg / 100 ml. It is one of the main natural phenols found in Moroccan nut oil, and a high content of caffeic acid is found in some herbs, especially those (about 20mg / 100g). About 22mg / 100g in Ceylon cassia bark and star anise. Sunflower seeds have a high content of caffeic acid (8mg / 100g), a certain amount of caffeic acid (1.88mg / 100ml) in red wine, and caffeic acid (1mg / 100g) in applesce, apricots and plums. South America also contains a high levels of caffeic acid (150mg / 100g based on TLC density and HPLC chromatography). Are also present in the barley grains.

Product Function
1.Caffeic acid is an antioxidant, both in vitro and in vivo. Caffeic acid also shows immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activity, and caffeic acid reducing aflatoxin production by more than 95%, better than other antioxidants.
2.It has the pharmacological effects of cardiovascular protection, antimutagenic anticancer, antibacterial antiviral, antilipid lowering, antiglucose lowering, antileukemia, immune regulation, gallbladder hemostasis and antioxidant.
3.Caffeic acid can shrink and strengthen microvessels, reduce permeability, improve coagulation function and the number of leukocyte platelets.
pharmacological action.

Product Application
1.Comestic.
Can be safely used in cosmetics, with a wide range of antibacterial and antiviral activities.
2.Medicine.
Caffeic acid is also a hemostatic white blood cell drug, which has the effects of shrinking and coagulation microvessels, improving the function of coagulation factors, and increasing white blood cells and platelets. It is suitable for preventing bleeding or hemostasis during surgical Chemicalbook surgery, as well as hemorrhagic diseases such as internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology. Also used for various causes caused by leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.
