Product Introduction
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) is mostly found in the intestinal tract of humans and animals. The bacterial taxonomy belongs to Lactobacillus, rhamnose subspecies, and is a anaerobic acid-resistant Gram-positive probiotics. Lactobacillus rhamnosus can not use lactose, but can ferment a variety of monosaccharides (glucose, arabinose, maltose, etc.). Most strains can produce a small amount of soluble ammonia, but do not produce inde and hydrogen sulfide, it has acid resistance, bile salt resistance, resistance to many antibiotics and other biological characteristics.
LGG is very resistant to gastric acid and bile, and can enter the human gut, while most other probiotic species die due to the effects of gastric acid and bile before entering the gut. For example, under the condition of pH3.0, the number of live bacteria in ordinary yogurt decreased to about 5% after half an hour, and the number of live bacteria was reduced to about 0.5% after 1 an hour. For bifidobacterium, 30℃ and pH4.0 had a great effect on its survival, and the number of live bacteria decreased by 70%~90% after 2 hours, and the decay was faster at pH2.0. The situation of Lactobacillus acidophilus was similar to that of bifidobacterium. LGG can colonize the human body for up to two weeks, which can effectively improve and adjust the human gastrointestinal flora community, which is very beneficial to human health. To deny that colonization in the human body will have a great impact on the physiological role of a probiotic, while most other probiotics species cannot colonize the human body.

Product Function
1. Regulation of the intestinal microfloraLGG
After colonizing and reproducing in the human intestinal environment, only the intestinal epithelial cells attached to the host can become a layer of biological barrier of the intestinal mucosa, thus enhancing the capacity of the host intestinal mucosal barrier. Moreover, with the help of LGG, the microecosystem community structure and function in the host intestine can be adjusted to achieve a balanced state, so as to improve the function of the host digestive tract system. Related studies have shown that the adhesion rate of LGG to adults is significantly higher than that of children, mainly because the intestinal environment of adults is more mature and suitable for LGG adhesion.
2. Improve the body's immunity
The human immune system can be divided into innate and adaptive immune system. The innate immune system is mainly undertaken by macrophages, white blood cells, etc. If the innate immune system has dysfunction, the adaptive immune system will play a function. The two work together to complete the immunity to the human body, and once the host has trauma and infection, it will lead to immune system dysfunction.
3. Prevention and treatment of diarrhea
LGG achieved the prevention and treatment of diarrhea, and related studies showed that 29 affected infants detected LGG strains in the feces of LGG infants after oral LGG preparations and common cow milk, respectively. It shows that after taking it, the host adjusted the intestinal flora with the help of LGG, and the treatment effect of diarrhea in infants taking LGG preparation was better than that of ordinary cow milk.
Product Application
1.Food Additives
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) is a non-toxic and non-free probiotics. Its functional characteristics mainly include regulating intestinal flora, preventing and treating diarrhea, discharge of toxins and improving the body immunity. It has high application value and meets the basic needs of modern human health care. In view of the functional characteristics of L. rhamnosus, LGG can be added to fermented dairy products, combined with food science, with extremely high application value and development prospects.
