Product Introduction
Adenosine is an endogenous nucleoside throughout human cells. Adenosine can directly enter myocardium and phosphorylated to generate adenosine, which participates in myocardial energy metabolism, as well as in the expansion of coronary blood vessels and the increase of blood flow. Adenosine has physiological effects on the cardiovascular system and many other systems and tissues in the body. Adenosine is an important intermediate used in the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenine, adenosine, and adenosine arabine.

Product Function
Adenosine is an active substance with nucleoside and purine as the basic structure. Adenosine is a nucleoside formed by adenine combining D-ribose through β-glucoside bond. It is widely present in all types of cells and is both free and combined nucleoside in nucleic acids. Adenosine phosphate esters like ATP are important energy carriers in biochemical reactions. Adenosine is a natural nucleotide, an intermediate product of body metabolism, and one of the important active components in the body. It works by activating adenosine receptors (A receptors). In the atria, sinoatrial node, and atV node, adenosine activates G protein-coupled potassium channels by binding to the A receptor, increasing K+ outflow, and reducing membrane hyperpolarization and automaticity. It can also significantly increase the level of cGMP, prolong the ERP of atrioventricular node and slow down conduction, inhibit the early and late depolarization caused by sympathetic nerve or isoproterenol, and play an antiarrhythmic role. This product has not been classified in class I ~ Ⅳ antiarrhythmic drugs. Adenosine is an inhibitory neuromodulator in the central nervous system that provides a signal of balance between the brain's energy storage and energy needs. Under normal conditions, extracellular adenosine concentrations are maintained between 40 and 400 nmol. In the event of ischemia and hypoxia, both glucose and glycogen accelerate the decomposition to produce ATP to meet the energy demand, and ATP then degrades, resulting in a sharp increase in the level of adenosine in the cell and its release to the outside of the cell to play its regulatory role. In the hypoxia recovery stage, endogenous adenosine, as a precursor of ATP synthesis, can be regenerated into ATP under the catalysis of adenosine kinase (AK) to prolong the survival time of cells. Adenosine dilates coronary arteries and reduces myocardial contractility. Clinically applicable to the treatment of angina pectoris, hypertension, cerebrovascular disorders, stroke sequelae, progressive muscular atrophy and so on. Intravenous injection was used to treat supraventricular tachycardia and 201Tl myocardial imaging. above

Product Application
1. Adenosine can be used to treat angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, coronary artery insufficiency, arteriosclerosis, essential hypertension, cerebrovascular disorders, sequelae of stroke, progressive muscle atrophy, etc.
2. Endogenous neurotransmitters. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is mainly used to manufacture adenosine arabine (Ara-AR). Adenosine triphosphate (ATChemicalbookP); Coenzyme A (COASH) and its series products cyclic adenosine phosphate (CAMP) and other main raw materials.
3. Adenosine induced apoptosis of human leukemia HL-60 cells. It also has antiarrhythmic properties. A neurotransmitter in all subtypes of adenosine A receptors that acts as the endogenous agonist of choice.
