what is Hydrolyzed Pearl Powder?
Hydrolyzed pearl powder is a high-quality product produced through hydrolysis. This process breaks down carbohydrates in proteins into active amino acids and peptides. Through enzymatic hydrolysis, we convert the insoluble protein of the pearl into water-soluble protein, thus obtaining valuable nutrients, including 18 of the 20 nutrients essential for humans, B vitamins, and minerals (7 of which are essential).
